Call for Video Art
A worldwide call for entries to a video shorts art exhibit
addressing the issues of Women and Water Rights.
We will accept video entries of all lengths under 15 minutes,
and all genres: narrative, documentary, animation, and
collage. We accept works produced in any year. Video
entries must be created by women videographers, or directed
or co-directed by women.
DEADLINE: Preview Submission Nov 2, 2009
Guidelines
Preview Format: 5 min. DVD form (cued to start)
Exhibition Format: DVD/mini DV tape is preferred
(Do not send master/original)
Entry Fee: $25 (U.S.) per entry. Check or Money Order made payable to: U of M Art Department
Artist Statement
Artists are required to provide a statement for each video
entered along with a description of the video to be included
in the exhibition documentation.
Notification of acceptance will be made by phone or e-mail
by Dec 15, 2009.
